The kings of France: Louis XIII and Anne of Austria

Promised since childhood to the king of France, Anne of Austria left her native Spain and married Louis XIII in 1615. The young couple is only 14 years old. Their wedding night is a disaster with no intimacy, which made King Louis XIII have a lasting dislike for his wife. The queen, several times pregnant, suffered multiple miscarriages, which did not help the relationship with her husband.
