Chefs Signature: Emmanuel Renaut

Emmanuel Renaut's restaurant has been around for many years. He has received the three Michelin stars in 2012, thus bringing his already respectable reputation on an even higher level. Aside from being a passionate and successful chef, he is also a devoted mountaineer. Always inspired by the Mother Nature, he himself searches the mountains to collect the goods: roots, herbs, mushrooms and "wood water" from the bark of trees.
