Celine

Risking being accused of collaboration in France, Louis-Ferdinand Celine goes into exile in Denmark in 1948. He leads a quiet life, in a small country village. One day he receives a visit from a young American Jewish writer, Milton Hindus. Louis-Ferdinand is fascinated by the style and literary approach of the novelist and he wishes to get a book out of their conversations. Little by little, the meeting turns into a confrontation, from which no one will come out unscathed.
